The combination of these diseases multiplies the damage to blood vessels and the target organs of these diseases. Swift control of these diseases provided by this Combination Disease A&M Package is absolutely important to prevent early sickness and premature death.

The Package provides:

• Complete physical examination
• Urinalysis
• CBC, Chem Pac, Lipid panel, HBA1C
• ECG
• Cardiac Stress Testing
• Echocardiogram
• Chest X Ray
• 4 additional Doctor’s visits, with fasting blood glucose assessments, over 1 year
• Liver function tests and lipid panel with 3 of the allotted Doctor’s visits
• 12 monthly supplies of a cholesterol lowering agent, oral antidiabetic and  antihypertensive agents from the Medesure formulary (Price not included in Package price)

​Payment Terms

Initial downpayment of 50% of the Package price and regular monthly installments for 1 year. The price of this Package does not include medications.  Payments for medications must be received by Medesure Jamaica monthly, 2 weeks in advance of delivery.
