The combination of these diseases multiplies the damage to blood vessels and the target organs of these diseases. Swift control of these diseases provided by this Combination Disease A&M Package is absolutely important to prevent early sickness and premature death.

The Package provides:

• Complete physical examination,
• Urinalysis,
• CBC, Chem Pac, Lipid panel,
• ECG,
• Chest X Ray,
• 4 additional Doctor’s visits.
• Liver function tests and lipid panel with each Doctor’s visit.
• 12 monthly supplies of 2 oral antihypertensive agents and a cholesterol lowering agent from the Medesure formulary. (Prices not included in Package price)

​Payment Terms

Initial downpayment of 50% of the Package price and regular monthly installments for 1 year. The price of this Package does not include medications.  Payments for medications must be received by Medesure Jamaica monthly, 2 weeks in advance of delivery.
